bda33 Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of bda33 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bda33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the minimum age, any funds held in that account may be forfeited and the account will be closed permanently.

bda33 services are intended for players located in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bda33 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. bda33 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. Players who misrepresent their location to circumvent these restrictions will have their accounts closed and any balances forfeited.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one bda33 account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. bda33 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bda33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold bonus winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

When registering a bda33 account you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held. If your personal information changes after registration — in particular if your registered mobile number changes — you must update your account details promptly via account settings.

bda33 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Players may be required to submit identity documentation — such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — to verify their identity before a withdrawal is processed or when bda33's risk controls flag an account for review. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until documentation is provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bda33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your bda33 account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been conducted by you as the registered account holder. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bda33 support via live chat immediately.

bda33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals only through the payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard where available. bda33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have completed KYC verification are typically processed within a few hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for bank transfer methods. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. bda33 does not charge withdrawal fees, but players should note that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever this is technically possible.

All transactions on bda33 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). bda33 does not apply currency conversion charges. Players should be aware that their mobile wallet or bank may display transaction amounts in a manner that differs from the bda33 cashier display; in all cases the BDT amount confirmed in the bda33 cashier at the time of the transaction is the binding amount. Any discrepancy should be reported to bda33 support promptly.

All bonuses credited to a bda33 account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms for that offer. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement at bda33 is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus; any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period if the rollover has not been completed.

Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the conditions stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, once per household, and once per shared device or IP address. bda33 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus where it determines that a player has attempted to claim the same offer multiple times or has otherwise misrepresented their eligibility. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive bonus notifications but remain eligible to claim publicly listed promotions.

bda33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to player accounts will be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of crediting. Where a promotion is cancelled before a player has had reasonable opportunity to complete the associated wagering requirement, bda33 will in good faith consider a reasonable extension or alternative remedy on a case-by-case basis.

bda33 provides responsible gaming tools to all account holders including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, and a temporary time-out facility. These tools are accessible directly from account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. bda33 staff will not discourage a player from using any available responsible gaming tool, and any request to activate a limit or time-out will be processed promptly and without question.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from bda33 for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion by contacting bda33 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period bda33 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will not send that player marketing communications. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period; any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bda33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform: (a) using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials; (b) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market; (c) using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary player use; (d) exploiting software errors, game glitches or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game; (e) engaging in any form of money laundering through the bda33 platform; (f) opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.

Players must treat bda33 support staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Abusive, threatening or harassing communications directed at bda33 staff — whether via live chat, email or any other channel — will result in a formal warning and, if repeated, account suspension. bda33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward communications that are discriminatory in nature or that constitute harassment of any kind.

bda33 reserves the right to suspend a player account with immediate effect where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or bonus abuse; (b) a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (c) bda33 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a competent authority; (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and has a zero balance. In all cases of suspension, bda33 will notify the affected player via the registered contact details and will explain the reason for suspension to the extent permitted by law.

A player may request the closure of their bda33 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, bda33 will process any pending withdrawal of a positive account balance through the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. A closed account may not be reopened; a former player wishing to return to bda33 will be required to register a new account subject to the eligibility conditions in Clause 1.
